Marjorie Grimm, CPCP, and an SPCP Certified Trainer Member, offers the public the opportunity to be a model for permanent cosmetic procedures conducted by an Artist in Training. The primary need is for eyebrow and eyeliner procedures during fundamental classes. However, Marjorie conducts advanced classes periodically throughout the year and encourages people interested in being a model for wider eyeliner and lip color procedures to contact her for more information.

Classes are small so that each model receives their deserved attention. You have the final approval on color offered to you to choose from and design work applied. We do not proceed until you look in the mirror and say, “This is what I want.”

Fees are reduced not because of the quality of work performed, be assured. Fees are reduced to show appreciation for working with professionals who are attending Marjorie's training program and to cover material fees. Only the highest quality of products are used. This is the perfect opportunity for those who otherwise, for a variety of personal reasons, might otherwise have to postpone the timing of their permanent cosmetic service, or in some instances it might not be an option at all. There must be confirmation of eligibility based on a health profile

Faces By Design is registered with the Santa Clara County Health Department. Faces By Design studio and Marjorie are permitted by the Health Department for permanent cosmetic services.

As the trainer in charge of the programs, I guarantee you that all models go through the same process as a Faces By Design client. There must be confirmation of eligibility based on a health profile, you must be as a minimum 18 years of age, not pregnant or nursing, and during the consultation phase of the appointment it must be agreed to that your expectations can be met. Anesthetics prior to and during the procedure(s) are utilized and after care products provided. Faces by Design has hundreds of satisfied models that have taken advantage of this program.

All procedures are supervised under my watchful eye and/or an assistant trainer who has the same credentials as me. Classes are small so that each model receives their deserved attention. You have the final approval on color offered to you to choose from and design work applied. We do not proceed until you look in the mirror and say, “This is what I want.”

I have been training since 2000, only train professionals in the beauty and medical industries, and the on-site practical training is scheduled after the Artist in Training has completed the preparation elements of the training program.  Training programs as stated above are offered as Marjorie’s schedule permits so there are times when patience will be necessary.

Once you feel committed, you will be put on a waiting list and contacted as classes are scheduled. Models must be reliable for obvious reasons, and while emergencies may occur, it is crucial appointments are kept once made.

Note: Although the primary class opportunity is at the fundamental level, if you desire lip liner or full lip work or wider top eyeliner (all advanced procedures) in a class environment please contact Marjorie for these services as well. From time to time advanced classes are offered and your name and desired procedure may be put on a schedule for the next available appropriate class.
